Adriana Machado | Innovative Art Director

Hello! My name is Adriana Machado. I'm currently a Lead Designer in the Marketing/Creative Services team at Medscape.

I'm a huge advocate for print/stationery, hand-lettering and branding and enjoy working with people who appreciate art and design. I graduated from Rutgers University - Mason Gross School of the Arts with a degree in Graphic Design, have certification in Motion Graphics, and currently working on professional certifications in UX/UI design. My design idol is Paula Scher, who has dedicated her life educating the masses about how to effectively communicate through the art of graphic design & typography.

My favorite past times include playing with my toddler Emilia, documenting my gourmet adventures, event planning, photography, interior design, cooking + baking, mixology, learning to play the guitar… the list goes on.
